Terms of Service

Pro-Connect (“Pro-Connect,” “we,” “us”) operates an online platform that connects homeowners and property owners (“Homeowners”) with independent local contractors (“Pros”) for outdoor, remodel, and home-service projects in the Houston, TX metro and surrounding areas. Pro-Connect is a referral and matching service. We are not a contractor and do not perform the work ourselves.

By using the site, requesting a quote, claiming a lead, or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Pros represent that they hold any licenses, permits, and insurance required to perform the services they offer.

• Homeowners submit a project request including contact details and project information.
• We match the request to one or more Pros who service the area and trade.
• A Pro may claim or accept the lead and then contact the Homeowner directly to quote, schedule, and perform the work.
• Any agreement to perform work, payment, warranty, and dispute resolution is solely between the Homeowner and the Pro.

Pros are independent businesses, not employees or agents of Pro-Connect. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, licensing, insurance, or legality of any Pro’s services. We may screen Pros at intake but screening is limited and is not a substitute for your own due diligence.

By submitting a quote request, you agree that Pro-Connect and the matched Pros may contact you by phone call, SMS/text message, and email at the numbers and address you provide, including by automated technology, for purposes related to your request. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Scrape, copy, or resell leads or any platform data without our written permission.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or violate the rights of any person.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass platform security or rate limits.

Pros who accept a lead agree to contact the Homeowner promptly, honor any quoted pricing, and comply with all applicable laws, licensing, and insurance requirements. Pro-Connect may charge a per-lead or subscription fee as separately agreed. Accepted leads are non-transferable. Repeated failure to respond to accepted leads may result in suspension.

The site, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Pro-Connect or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site for its intended purpose.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro-Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service or any work performed by a Pro. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro-Connect, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, or your interactions with any Homeowner or Pro.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
